Missing "back and menu" buttons on samsung galaxy s4

I did the dreaded update and am now missing my BACK and MENU buttons. How can I get them back?

Hi - with Lollipop the menu button has been removed. You can find three wee dots in the top right hand corner that usually replaces the menu button.
