My LG G2 D802 is stuck at the lg logo everytime I start it up, or plug it in. I was trying to install the Lollypop update from the LG pc suite, plugged it in overnight.. and the phone was on the lg logo in the morning. left it for a day. still the same.
I can not enter download mode by pressing the volume button and connecting it to the pc. It just shows the LG logo again.
Any ideas on how to recover it?
It was the official update and i followed exactly what it asked me to follow.. if it helps, i backed it up using PC suite before the update.
