Status bar keeps jumping in and out

hi...i'm currently using a galaxy s5 ( 3 months old) but two days ago, i noticed the status bar( at the top) keeps jumping in and out. I've tried restarting the phone, powering off, uninstalled apps which i think may have caused the problems but nothing is working. can u please give me some advice i can try again? i appreciate it
