My Nexus 5x is in a boot loop, what should I do

This morning my Nexus 5x got really hot so I shut it down for an hour. When I turned it back on it shows a little Android man then shuts down and starts all over again. What should I do? Can I return it for a new one?

The Nexus 5X is still in pre-order phase. Are you talking about the original Nexus 5?

Which device do you have? Is it the Nexus 5, perhaps? The Nexus 5X is not yet available.
