Getting notifications unfortunately google play store stopped in dell tablet

when i am opening an application always a notifications arrives is unfortunately google play store is stopped and immediately the opened application gets closed.

Here is how I solved my same problem.

Go to Settings> Apps or Application Manager> All, then scroll down to Google Play services, select clear data and Uninstall Updates. Press Ok twice so that you replace with the factory version. You will receive a Google Play services error notification on the top part of your tablet and then just Update Google Play services and then open Google Play. It should work.
