abnormal reset

I can't get through the prompts to get my phone going after an abnormal reset was done on my s5. I can't renember which email account I used on the last reset for my Samsung registration account . I've been stuck for a month at this point of trying to use my phone after the abnormal reset . How can I get pass this part of the set up to use my phone please
