I am locked out of my finger security code for my galaxy s6edge+

On Friday October 9, 2015 i locked myself out of my phone. Took it back to Verizon wireless where i purchased it. we enter my gmail account and it locked us out also. i have not use this password in a very long time. i put in all the ones that i could remember was not successful. Please help.
