Wifi connection issue

[AC Question]

Hi there!

I am currently having some connectivity issues with my Samsung Galaxy Tablet model: SMT230NU and I was wondering if you could help.

I cannot turn on wifi or bluetooth. When I try to slide the buttons, they stay grayed out for a few seconds then slide back to their original positions. It has been doing this for the past 2 months. Apparently this is a common issue in this model.

I've tried two hard factory resets and have tried firmly hitting the back of the device. Is there anything you could recommend? I have limited funds so spending a bunch of money to get this up and running via a repair shop hardly seems to be worth the trouble.
