HTC EVO 4G LTE Keeps Restarting

[AC Question]

My phone has been doing this since yesterday. It will go to the "HTC quietly brilliant" screen then go black then back to the HTC screen and back again. I've tried to do a factory reset, the recovery option, and the clear storage option but when I choose one of them, it'll go to the HTC screen and start the whole constant restarting dilemma. How else could I go about fixing this since it won't allow me to reset it?
