Samsung A3 screen is on, but the phone unresponsive

I was charging my phone tonight and there is a charging screen with changing colors. When I took the phone in the morning the screen was frozen but on and no buttons were responding. I tried hard reset Volume up + Power button+ Home button, but it did not respond either. Is there any other way I could fix it or I need to contact the warranty service?
