What is a Samsung Link platform error and how do I fix it?

I keep getting this error and my text messages are not working right. I am not being shown messages and the ones I send are not being shown to me. But; the people seem to be getting them and every now and then I get one. But most of the time they are not showing up on the app. Please help!!!!!
