    Installed the Lollipop update early yesterday. Initially, upon turning device on, (1st gen - Moto X through Verizon), it would optimize all 117 apps before starting. Wiped the cache and that resolved. However, no when attempting to access anything (FB, my calendar, email, any apps), there is a signficant lag time -- 5-10 seconds to open an app. I have tried to update the apps, individually, and "update all". A simple app like Hertz or Alpine tuner, tries to update for 30 minutes, and won't. Similarly, I cannot install any app. It says "uninstalling" for 30+ minutes. Also, cannot install any app. Regardless of the app, it gets to a certain % and stops.

    Am I at the point where I have to do a factory reset?
