Sprint prepaid sim card

Ok I have a family member that uses sprint prepaid, they bought an S5 off eBay and it didn't have a Sim card. We have been to one of the stores but they couldnt help, where can we get a Sim card that will work on this prepaid acct.

Welcome to Android Central! What's the exact model number of that S5? Not all phones are compatible with Sprint's network, since it uses CDMA for voice signal.

It's an SM-G900P

If you look at their FAQ, it says:

"Can I bring my own device and select a Sprint Prepaid plan?
No. Bring your own device is only compatible with the postpaid plans we currently sell for consumers and business (excluding the Cut your Rate Plan in Half offer)."

Sorry, you're out of luck. You'd need to get a postpaid plan in order to use that phone.

I thought postpaid was prepaid, who's the difference between the two. She is on a prepaid plan and so was the phone was ordered

Nevermind that was stupid, I work 3rd and half asleep. The store acts like they havent released the S5 as prepaid but their website shows them.

Sorry, I'm a bit confused. Was the S5 you bought from eBay originally intended as a prepaid Sprint S5?
