LG G4 Photo Gallery, photo times have all shifted, photos now all out of sequence

A

AC Question

For some weird reason, my new G4 just shifted all the times on my photos, now completely screwed up the sequence the photos were taken.

Examples;

1.0

The photo title incorporates the date and time data;
20150728_111245 (July, 28, 2015 at 11:12:45)
Which indicates the time and date as;
Year: 2015
Month: 07
Day: 28
Hour: 11
Minute: 12
Seconds: 45

However, the photo on the LG G4 now reads the same title, (which includes the correct date/time data) however, the time on the photo data reads;
Year: 2015
Month: 07
Day: 28
Hour: 02
Minute: 12

2.0

Another example;
Photo title;
20150728_191609 (July, 28, 2015 at 19:16:09)

Actual photo date/time data;
Year: 2015
Month: 07
Day: 28
Hour: 10
Minute: 16

3.0

Photo title;
20150730_081240 (July, 30, 2015 at 08:12:40)

Actual photo date/time data;
Year: 2015
Month: 07
Day: 29
Hour: 23
Minute: 12

Looks like all the photos have had their time data shifted back exactly 9 hours from the actual time they were photographed. This makes some sense as the the photos were all photographed in Europe, and I'm here on the Canadian West coast, PST time, which is 9 hours behind Europe.

Problem is, a large percentage of the photos I took were panoramic, and seem to be unaffected, the photo data did not shift back 9 hours, and is in fact correct.

The panoramic photo titles are configured like this, with "_Pano" on the end of it;
20150730_081240_Pano (July, 30, 2015 at 08:12:40)

Summary;

Looks like something happened with my G4, maybe maybe it happened through Google via internet, trying the sync the local time, whatever happened it time shifted all my photos by 9 hours to PST time from Europe time, except for the panoramic photos with the "_Pano" at the end of the title, which it probably didn't recognize, and therefore didn't change it.

Just to confuse things I loaded the new "LG Bridge" which is supposed to sync the G4 with your PC. I downloaded it, installed it, changed my mind, then deleted it, it may have tried to sync with my G4 and screwed it up by changing everything to local time. Not sure if this is possible, but I'm grasping at ideas at this point.

I think this is a G4 bug, or possible Google bug.

Questions;

1. Has anybody else seen this before, and know how the photo time data may have shifted?

2. If so, do you know of a simple way to change it back? Preferably by just doing a global 9 hour shift forward to the photos affected? (I have over 3,000 photos, can't imagine doing it one at a time..)

Cheers,

Darryl
