I bou.ght a new Samsung galaxy a5 yesterday. Got it working and use for a day. it said software update available, so I did this today. When the update was happening it said "android is updating...optimising applications xxx of 224"...then it did reboot and now is looping back and forth "android is updating" after every restart...
It came with android version 5...?? I'm not a techie..
I can't use the phone now.....I don't know what do ....any ideas? Short of bringing back to the phone company (Eir - in Dublin Ireland)?
