My Samsung GalaxyS3 fell yesterday.

The phone was working fine but today when I switched it on the screen is blueish. There are black spots on the screen which is spreading and nothing can be seen properly. The apps are responding still. The touch pad and screen is working fine. Please help What should I do to fix it

Welcome to Android Central! The screen was most likely damaged by the fall, and has failed. Bring it to a repair shop to replace the screen.
