Keyboard issues and swipe problems with LG G3

[AC Question]

Running 5.0.1 - updated 2015-10-06. Noticed that swipes inadvertently launch apps. My touch hasn't changed not have my fingers. Plus certain keys on my keyboard are hard to type. (ie "r") Doesn't matter if I'm using LG, Google or Anysoft KB (using it for foreign language support) If I use in that language another specific key becomes dead. The simple solution is to rotate phone, but this is tedious. (A couple weeks ago it was the "m" key)

Welcome to Android Central! Was the "m" key acting up before that most recent system update? If so, I don't think the update was just coincidental. It's more likely that the digitizer is starting to fail. You may have to bring the phone to a repair shop, or contact LG if it's still under warranty.
