My Android Phone had got stolen 4 months ago. Every now and then I used to go to the Android Device Manager to check if my phone had showing any last used location. Now when I login to Android Device Manager, my phone doesn't get displayed there although other registered devices do. My lost phone still shows as registered on my Google Dashboard but I am unable to do "Find my device" on the device manager. Maybe someone re-registered my phone on the device manager and so it removed from my list? How do I try to locate my device again?

Probably the phone has been factory reset. You should have turned in the phone as lost/stolen so the IMEI could be blacklisted, effectively turning the phone into a paperweight. Anyway, if it has been reset or broken, you will no longer be able to locate it, but it will show up in your listed devices for a while. There's no way to remove a device from the list, but it will eventually disappear on it's own after something like 60-90 days.
