Samsung Galaxy S6 Won't Charge Via Cable Charging

A

AC Question

I've had a Galaxy S6 for a few months now and have realised since the beginning that it struggles to charge while connected to anything other than a wall adapter. I find myself having to turn off WiFi, Mobile Data, Location and lay to one side for it even to begin charging. I've tried using apps such as 360 Security and Smart Manager to clear up RAM and force close background applications, and have also restored my phone but I can't seem to fix this problem. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Keiran.

Have you tried different leads?
Also, the connector in the charging port may be damaged or dirty.
