Why am I not able to remove some malicious app from my Android tablet?

When I click uninstall to remove some malicious apps its showing uninstall unsuccessful. Whenever any action calling Android system function, tablet is not working properly. It is opening many malicious apps automatically

I had this problem after downloading a file app. I tried for a week to uninstall, went to forums for help and called Samsung.
End result was that I had to factory reset.
I know it's not what you want to hear but it is what it is.

I tried that too. These apps are again installed automatically. Dont know wt to do
