Motorola Electrify M stuck on M boot screen?

I've tried everything to bring this thing to life including resetting the data to factory. this thing refuses to boot and i'm all out of ideas. the battery won't come out unless i do really meticulous work on it that might not even work at all. I got this phone from someone else trying to get it working again. right now i'm just keeping it charged and turned on the boot loop to see if it eventually breaks the loop.

Edit: anything else besides just blunt answers? i want to know what i can at least attempt.

Sorry, I don't think I can help. Maybe there's a wizard here who can revive that specific phone.
