At first, the problem of my Phone is that its not charging even though it says charging in the home screen, and sometimes, worst is even if the charger is plugged in, it decrease the battery. I thought that the charger is the problem and then I try it on different charger, sometimes it charge sometimes it don't. Then, I thought that the problem was the battery, so, I bought a new original battery. But then the same problems occur.
I've tried this method where you turn your phone off and removed the battery then plugged it back. It worked, but then the next day, my battery won't charge normally again.
Also, whenever I turn my phone off, the battery status if my phone changes, for example, it's charging and it reached 81% then it stops charging so I turn it off, then plugged in the charger again, then it says 65% this time., I know its a long question, but I'm just really confused. What do you think is the problem with my Cellphone?
