How do I synch my S5 to my cleaned up PC contacts.

In transferring from my old Samsung phone to my new S5, alot of contacts were listed. I cleaned those up on my PC but need to know how to synch this cleaned up listing to my phone

3 dots upper right corner> account settings> Google> sync now

There may also be an option on the pc to sync or push to device. I'm pretty sure it's right there on the left, same screen as the contacts are on.
