LG G3 does not support 40 Mhz wireless channeld width ?

Hello everybody! I have just purchased a G3, very nice anyway, but i could not reach 150/150 Mbit/sec with 802.11 N on 2.4 Ghz. I know very well 2.4 Ghz 40 Mhz most of the time unusable, but it would be very nice. I have got Mikrotik RouterBoards, all setup is fine because Samsung S6 is connected at 150/150 Mbit/sec, but my G3 is connected only at 65/65 Mbit/sec.
