So apparently having to factory reset is a major issue for LG support. They don't know what they are doing and very poor customer service. I had to keep saying "hello, anyone there?" because the guy had no communication skills. If i asked do I pick this option or that option his response was yes. I had to ask which one. Then he would be 5 steps ahead while I kept telling him I;m waiting on the device. I had to be connected to google twice to help on the issue. Why can't one call fix the problem instead of being transferred between companies. I will stick to Apple in the future as this is my first and last Android device.
