My 02 calls to husband O2 going to v/mail

[AC Question]

This was my phone originally and on contract and my husband opted for a pay as you go sim but he changed to contract a few weeks ago. I can text him, he can ring and text me but if I ring him or anyone else on O2 rings him it goes to voice mail. Have tried a full reboot, checked the settings but nothing is blocked/diverted don't know the answer but help would be appreciated, wondered if SIM card could possibly at fault

Try going to the Phone app main screen - (3-dot) menu - Settings - Calls - Call forwarding, off (always).
