I deleted cached data and miscellenous files lost Smemo notes & whatsapp media

Clearing cache data shouldn't delete any personal information. On the other hand, deleting miscellaneous files from the storage settings will delete some information included in those apps. As a general rule don't use the misc section to delete data. Do you have backups with that data?
