How do I unlock my Samsung S5

I normally use the finger swipe to access but have had too many failed attempts & I do not remember the password I had created for backup.

Welcome to Android Central! Passwords need to be remembered, or at least written down on a piece of paper and stashed in a safe place. If you fail the unlock enough times, do you get prompted to enter your Google credentials?

You can unlock any Android Phone you just need to know who does it I've had 2 samsung G5 unlocked and the person who does it told me that it's only IPhones the icloud that can't be unlocked.
