How to reinstall built in app?

My phone already has a youtube app in its system then i uninstalled it to replace it with the updated one.Then now,i cant download the updated one beacause it said that theres already an existed app.So if thats the case,instead of getting the updated one.ill just get the one that was in the system.hope you can help me

I'm not sure if I completely understand your question. Which phone do you have? Is it rooted? Maybe the original app is just disabled instead of uninstalled. Just in case search for it in settings - apps - disabled/turned off tab, and if it's there enable it back. In some phones the disabled apps can be found at the very end of the "all" tab.
