Need to download my picts to a computer, so I can send them to an online photo server

Welcome to Android Central! Connect via USB cable, and use Windows Explorer to drag and drop the photos to the computer hard drive. If the photos were taken by the phone's camera, they will be in the /DCIM/Camera directory. You should be backing up your photos like this regularly, if they're important to you (or else using Google Photos Auto Backup, which backs them up to your Google Photos in the cloud).
