    So recently my uncle sent me a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 ((SHV-E250S) - Korean Model) to use because my phone recently broke. I popped the sim card in and it show the network bar but no data connectivity. I can call and everything but i can't use my data. At this point i don't care if i can only use 4G LTE or 3G, i just want my data working so this phone is at least functionable for personal uses. Any idea what's wrong? I can try to provide much information as possible !!

    Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (SHV-E250S)
    SK Telecom
    2G/3G connectivity GSM: quad-band , 4G connectivity: 850
    2G/3G connectivity UMTS: 1900, 2100 , 4G connectivity: 1800

    Do i have to mess with the APN or something?
