Samsung galaxy s6 edge plus fast charger adapter failed with in 40 days

I buy samsung galaxy s6 edge plus from south korea 40 days before. now my fast charger adapter not working. it means adapter even not slow charge also. look like dead. i dont know what to do now. anybody can you help me the issue with my fast charger please.
