The problem started when I came back from a trip to another time zone, having manually changed the phone's time. Since then, although it's set to the right time, it thinks it's an hour behind - e.g. as I write, it's 17.29 CET and my phone is set to 17.29, but it thinks CET is actually 18.29. When I try to do anything about it it says "unfortunately, World Clock has stopped".

I've been living with this problem for nearly a year now. It didn't bother me too much before: however, today I downloaded a time-sensitive app for buying bus tickets, but I can't, because the app also thinks my phone is set to the wrong time.

    How can I resolve this?

Welcome to Android Central! You've already tried going to Settings>Date & Time, unchecking Automatic Date & Time and Automatic Time Zone, then checking them on again? How about a cache partition wipe? http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-5744
