When I want to see YouTube's movies on my tablet it shows” Connection to server lost touch to retry”what is the mean?what should I do?

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on both the YouTube app and the mobile site on the browser? Do you have any other problems connecting to the web with other apps?
