    I recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile and I am using my unlocked Verizon Samsung S4 phone with T-Mobile SIM card. All functions seem to work (phone calls in/out, web browsing with Wi-Fi turned off, incoming text messages), but when I try sending out a text message (using stock text messaging app), I get a "Message Failed" error. Retrying does not help. The function was working fine until I switched to T-Mobile. I have tried clearing data from App Manager, also cleared Google Services Framework data as one of the online discussions suggested, no luck. T-Mobile is trying to sell me a newer device, but I can't afford it right now. Is there a way to get the outgoing text message capability back?
