Any was to re-associate google account with a previous device?

[AC Question]

My S5 is only asking for the alternative password to unlock the phone. The fingerprint scanner wouldn't work anymore, and I had forgotten my google account password and alternative password. Since then, I have regained access to my google account, and used the Android Device Manager, but I associated my account to a different phone in the interim, and the Device Manager is now looking for the interim phone instead of my S5. Any way to re-associate my google account with the S5 since it was my previous device?
