Why is my homescreen border being cut off?

So basically, my home screen panels are being cut off. Several of my widgets are being hidden by a sort of invisible border. If I tap the general area of the widget the app will open, but otherwise they're invisible. My keyboard strokes are also really laggy. I've turned off magnification gestures, but it didn't work.
