Unable to play video. File has incorrect data

[AC Question]

So I saved a 17 second video I received from messenger to my galaxy s6 phone and when I tried to play it on my phone it got 2-3 seconds in and them would stop and give me the error saying "unable to play video. File has incorrect data". I tried downloading Google video player and playing it on that and it still stopped at 2-3 seconds even though it recognized the video was 17 seconds long. It didn't give me an error message but after it played 2-3 seconds it went back to the beginning again. Help! Idk what to do. How do I get this video to play? What's wrong? Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!

I am also trying to copy from pc but same messege on thAt time. Same video i copy on phone memory and memory card, memory card file not play but phone memory file play very well. I think problem in memory card.
