I can not listen and nobody listens to me

[AC Question]

Hi there! I having an issue with my Galaxy S4 from a few days. Thru a normal dialer I can not listen and nobody listens to me, but using WhatsApp to place a call its work normally, also using Hangouts to, and when I call voicemail I can hear the connection tone, but never the answering machine. I know is not a hardware problem because the mic and speakers works.

Can someone help me? Thanks!

Welcome to Android Central! When you place a regular call, does it work on speakerphone or wired/Bluetooth headset?
