O.K. I've bought a new Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini for my wife and everything's fine, pretty straight forward. The one problem I can't get my head round ( and neither can anyone else ), is how to add a picture/photo to a contact.
I know how to do it, via " contacts " or " gallery ", but it just won't work. I've found out that the contacts are best saved to the phone/device to start with, so I did this. But it still hasn't helped. I go to " gallery ", ( follow the usual process ), I select "set as", then "contact photo", then select the actual contact, I get the message "Reinstall Google - An error occurred during the installation of Google +. Please uninstall the app, then install it again".
I don't know why, because as far as I know I have done nothing with Google +. This should be a quite simple and straightforward process, but everything I try results in no contact photo.
Is there something I'm not doing ?. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
