My girlfriend has a Galaxy Note 4 which she uses in place of a laptop/pc so it does everything on the move for her, but annoyingly whenever I get emails from her, on any device I open them with, the hyperlinks never work and are just in plain text. Is there any way of enabling her phone to send emails with working hyperlinks?

I presume it's along the lines that the stock Galaxy email might just use plain text instead of HTML but if this is correct is there any way to change it or will it frustratingly require another email app, probably one that you have to pay for?

The Note 4 seems pretty high end, so I don't know why it doesn't send working links, but my lowly Galaxy E2003 doesn't do it either. Are Samsung installing duff email apps or is it us?

If there's no option to compose email in HTML (aka Rich Text) then you will need to change to an email client that can.
