Syncing calendar between Outlook and S Planner on Samsung Galaxy S5 doesn't work.

I live in Toronto Ontario Canada and we just moved our clocks back 1 hour last weekend. Ever since this happened, whenever I sync my Outlook calendar with my Samsung Galaxy S5 using the Kies software, the times are synced incorrectly. e.g. If I enter a meeting for 8:00 a.m. in my Outlook calendar it shows up in my S Planner on the phone as 7:00 a.m. However, if I enter it on the phone as 8:00 a.m. it correctly syncs to my Outlook calendar as 8:00 a.m. I remember this also happened last spring when the clocks were moved ahead. There was a problem for a few days but it cleared itself out and was corrected. This time it's been a week now and the issue still exists.
