Note 4 flash makes picture blurry on snapchat sometimes

Ok so I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4, I use snap chat often and when I use the back camera to take a picture with the flash on it takes and focus then unfocusses itself? like the right hand side of the picture is skewed or the picture is not good quality at all, this happens almost all the time but sometimes it doesn't and the pictures come out fabulously. i just want to know how to fix or if its snap chat problem not my phones and if anyone else has this problem as well as me. thank you - Joshua

P.S I do think that the reason this happens is because the light on the room is too bright so the phone focuses it wrong ? When I take it in a dark room it comes out almost crystal clear and also this does not happen when I use the actual camera app
