I have a samsung tab. 4 and I've had the right passwrod stored in it for my wifi

But now its saying the password is incorrect when its not. I've tried resetting it, turning it off and on, I restarted my router. I don't know what the issue is. Should I reset factory settings and loose all my data? would that even work?

Welcome to Android Central! Did you have the tablet forget the network, then try reconnecting, so you can reenter the password?
