htc 1 s bricked

[AC Question]

Things it won't do. Load op. Wipe data/factory reset in main menu nor in bootloader menu. Won't connect with pc. Tried wipe cache partition then reboot.

Things it will do. View recovery logs and boot to bootloader. Power down.

What????? I have no clue what to do here.

Welcome to Android Central! It's likely corrupt firmware or a failing motherboard. You might not be able to do much with it, unless you bring it to a repair shop.
