Involuntarily recording - samsung galaxy S6

[AC Question]

My phone is involuntarily voice recording me/conversations. I noticed my phone was draining battery so I decided to go into "my files" to find things to delete. To my surprise, I found over 30 audio files (.amr) of random recordings either between myself/friends or self/kids. Some were over 20 minutes long. Why and how would this be happening? I never used the voice recorder, but when I did try it (when I realized all these files were there), it was very clear that it was being used. Any thoughts?

My Galaxy S6 does the same thing. Last week it recorded 2 hours. What am I doing to make this happen?

Check to see if you have a screen recoding option on your pull down menu there is usually that option
