Will Google or Asus ever step up to this issue? Asus want me to do a 'reset' which for a non-techie is an issue. Does a reset even have a prayer of working? In reading the forums, I think not. Is there a lawyer out there willing to take these guys on in a class action suit for breech of warranty? Maybe that would get their attention.
