Unlock Sim Card Samsung Galaxy S6 SM-G920T (T-Mobile)

Hi All,
I've bought Samsung Galaxy S6 SM-G920T (T-Mobile) from eBay and the seller not disclossed that is still locked by carrier. Then the seller sent the unlock code (7 digits), and the step must be using the device unlock app with connected to the internet via a cellular network. I can't do it, because I'am in Indonesia.
Has anyone else experienced to solve my problem ? Please advice and thank in advance.

I would look at either returning the phone or speaking to T- Mobile direct and see if they can unlock the phone for a price.

Can you not be connected to wifi to do the required steps?
