SD Card write denied for Samsung GT -N7100 Android v4.4.2

[AC Question]

I have a Samsung Note GT N7100
Android 4.4.2

Problem:
My SANDISK SD-Card fat32 formatted on PC works fine on PC (copy/delete)
on the mobile though I can read the files put i cannot move or write to the SD card, it is READ ONLY access , as reported by the Samsung /Android OS.
However even reformatting on the mobile and mounting back , i get
message .. application has read only access to the SD card
Please shed some light and a solution

Welcome to the forums!

There was some access taken away with the SD cards in one of the 4 versions. It might have been with Jelly Bean that it happened.

And 4.4 is KitKat, there were still access issues then. I didn't have the issue then, but I was using a rooted device.
