Why will my phone not charge?

My Samsung galaxy s5 will NOT charge. ill plug it in and it will take almost an hour simply to get to 10%, and that's ONLY if I do not touch it. without touching my phone, it will sometimes become "disconnected from the charger and become very finicky. Even while the red light is on, and the battery has the lightening bolt to ensure it is charging, the battery percentage will decrease. Even on airplane mode it wont charge. I have tried different chargers, and several different outlets. Please help.

Are you also changing the USB cable?
If so, you may have a bad battery.

have you looked inside where the charger connects?
Maybe something stuck?
I had this happen on one of my past phones.
